ABOUT
The interface analysts wish EDGAR was.
DEHY exists because the most important data in public markets — every transaction by every corporate insider, filed within two business days — is published on a website that looks and feels like 1995.
What we are
DEHY is a real-time interface to SEC EDGAR insider filings. We poll EDGAR every thirty seconds, parse Form 4 XML into structured fields, and surface every transaction in a feed designed to be read, not endured.
Why now
The wedge between $0 retail tools (EDGAR.gov, OpenInsider) and $20,000-per-year institutional products (Bamboo, Hudson Labs, Sentieo, Bloomberg) is real and underserved. There is no reason a prosumer investor in 2026 should have to use a website built for the modems of 1996.
What we won't do
- We will not generate insights from data we do not have. Every field on every page traces back to a specific value in the filer's Form 4 XML.
- We will not call insider transactions "buy" or "sell" signals. Form 4 is a disclosure of fact, not an opinion. What you do with it is your call.
- We will not bury our limitations. EDGAR has data quality issues — we surface them rather than smooth them.
What's next
Form 4 first, then 8-K (material events), 13F (institutional holdings), 13D/G (activist positions). Coverage expands in the order we believe each additional form compounds — by depth of signal, not by ease of implementation.
