1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DEHY (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

DEHY provides an interface to public SEC EDGAR filings. The Service displays insider transaction data (Form 4 and related filings) and delivers email alerts based on user-configured watchlists. The Service is informational only.

3. License

Subject to these terms, DEHY grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own research and investment-decision purposes. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Service or its data.
• Use automated means to scrape the Service.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service's underlying structure.
• Use the Service to harm DEHY's infrastructure or other users.

4. No investment advice

The Service is not investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. See our Disclaimer for the full statement. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information surfaced by the Service.

5. Accuracy

The data displayed on DEHY originates from SEC EDGAR. We make commercial-reasonable efforts to surface it accurately, but EDGAR itself contains errors, amendments, and late filings. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, or timely.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security risk. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability) do survive.

8. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DEHY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEHY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DEHY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR US $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to active accounts. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
