How the score is computed
Every U.S. insider with at least 10% ownership, every executive officer, every director must disclose every trade to the SEC within two business days. We ingest each filing the moment it hits EDGAR, score it 0–100 on a reproducible algorithm, and surface the highest-conviction transactions.
The score weights role (CEO/CFO higher), magnitude relative to existing holdings, plan attribution (10b5-1 scheduled sales discounted), cluster signal (other insiders trading the same direction within 14 days), and the reporter's historical hit rate at 90 days. Buys carry full weight; solo sells are discounted. Algorithm version and full backtest at dehy.io/methodology.
